My own Progress

Few years back I was struggling with losing weight, I was also lazy and had a lot of anxiety so I was very shy going to the gym alone and working out. but as well as that I had started college and I didnt like the way my body was I could see I was different from everyone so I decided to start my weight loss journy.

My weightloss journey was hard at first, I had to build up courage and strength to go to the gym on my own. also being able to get used to a routine. but I had researched alot and tried out different workouts and chnaged my eating habit which lead me to see transformation!, below is a pciture of my rpogress I had made.

If I can go to the gym and start chnaging my life foor the better I think you guys can do it too. just slowly take baby steps at the end it will be worth it. You wont just look good but you will feel good on the inside too.
